 Cancellation Policy

At Live Life Health Co, we are committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of care and service. We understand that sometimes plans change, but we kindly ask that you respect the time of our therapists and other clients by adhering to the following cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Notice:

  • 24 Hours’ Notice Required: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost.
  • No Show: If you miss your appointment without prior notice or fail to show up, you will be charged the full cost of the session.

2. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

  • Phone/Email: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling us at [Phone Number] or emailing [Email Address]. Please leave a voicemail if you are unable to reach us directly, and we will confirm your cancellation.
  • Online Booking System: If you booked online, you can also cancel or reschedule through our booking platform (if available).
  • Text Message: Alternatively, you may send a text message to [Phone Number], but please confirm with a follow-up call or email to ensure your appointment is canceled.

3. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer some flexibility at our discretion.
  • Health-Related Cancellations: In the case of illness or a medical emergency, we may waive the cancellation fee if notified within the same day.

4. Failure to Cancel/No Show:

  • We value your time, and we ask that you value ours as well. If you fail to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, a full session fee will be charged to cover the missed appointment.
  • Repeated Cancellations or No Shows: Clients who repeatedly fail to cancel with proper notice may be required to pay in advance for future appointments or may have their booking privileges revoked.

5. Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate the remaining time. However, your treatment may be shortened, and the full session fee will still apply.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the full session fee will still be charged.

6. Pre-Paid or Package Appointments:

  • For clients with pre-paid sessions or packages, late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of that session unless prior notice is given as outlined above.
  • If you’ve pre-paid for a package, we will deduct the session cost from your package if a late cancellation or no-show occurs.

7. Payment of Cancellation Fees:

  • If applicable, cancellation fees are to be paid at the time of your next visit or may be charged to the payment method on file.
  • In the case of no-show or late cancellation, we may request payment via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal to settle the fee.

8. Thank You for Your Understanding:

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the best service to all clients.
